I love these photos. For me it was not the body changing, it was the attitude. Look at her face.
In the first picture, she cried.
The second picture she didn’t want to take because the “scale” had not gone down. She thought she hadn’t made a change.
The third picture shows an expression of confidence and a positive attitude.

Exercise can do more than change your body…. It can change your outlook on life.
