Transplant Training

Found this picture of Gary Scheer and myself. We first met at the Transplant Games where Gary is a liver recipient and I was transplanted with my first kidney. Gary received his liver as a young child.

Gary won free workouts and programs from me after his mother entered him into the contest. I then traveled to Virginia to visit with his family and enjoy several days of working out with Gary. The following year he traveled to my gym and we continued our sessions together.

Notice to all who don’t believe……….

We are “Liver and Kidney” transplant recipients, training to better our quality of life.

    Food For Thought

Weight loss is not always a good indicator of looking better.
