First “FREE” Seminar Brings Balance

On Saturday, March 4, 2017 trainers Will Smith and Lynn Miller donated their time and expertise to educate approximately 20 attendees at their first “free” nutrition and training seminar.

The seminar was presented in a very positive and can do atmosphere and commenced with a briefing on nutrition.  Will stated that food management and goes a long way in part of the whole equation to fitness.  Reminding us not eating the proper portions and timing between meals is our biggest mistake.  Keeping a food journal allows you to see what your are doing right or wrong and is a useful tool towards success.

Amanda Dickinson then addressed the crowd with her touching and tearful success interview.  Having Amanda there in person showed first hand you can overcome obstacles or disability whatever they may be as Amanda has been able to put her anxieties behind her.

Mentality is another key ingredient to achieving your goals.  Will indicated too many of us put others first when in reality it should be Me – Myself_ I.  The rest falls into place.  No one is going to take care of you but you.

Followed by demonstrations on various leg machines by volunteers who attended.  It was very interesting to have actual hands on and instructions which part of the legs as Will coached.  You could feel the fear in the air until the volunteer actually did one on one exercises.  Once the volunteer completed the set and got off the machine they would feel totally empowered.

Will stressed to just commit and get started!  Find a gym, allot a time for YOU and if you are disciplined results will happen,  Food, Training and Mindset, it all balances out.

In conclusion Will and Lynn were available to answer questions and addressed you specific needs.  Will be disabled himself was able to advise an attendee with his own personal experience and share how he was able to overcome his diabetes among all other medical issues.

One lady thanked Will personally and said “I needed this!”

Refuse 2B Feeble will be back to present more series in our educational nutrition and training seminars.
