
Don’t consider movement with progress because you can run in place and get nowhere.
There is a difference between going to the gym and training with productive intentions. Going through the motions although moving will not make a positive difference.
Positive and continuous activity will be the cornerstone of achievement. Remember, progress requires direction, purpose, and tangible results. Don’t confuse motion with momentum. Keep pushing forward, and make sure you’re moving in the right direction!
